We encourage you to read each product description per item before purchasing.* 

Made to order item = an item that is made within a manufacturing process in which the production of an item begins only after a confirmed customer order is received.  

Originals: As originally produced by the artist.

Gallery Wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides of the stretched bar and is secured to the back of the wooden frame. The client may choose to hang the art as is (no frame).

FABH is so excited that you decided to order some of her artwork! Thank you for supporting her small business! Once you place an order, please stay tuned for an email with tracking details once the order is fulfilled by either FABH or her manufacturer. 

Please note, different items may be shipped separately depending on the type and manufacturer. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out. FABH will then look into the status and provide an update. Thank you for your patience and understanding!  

Shipping

A tracking email will be sent once your order has been fulfilled. The production time varies based on the product. Here is an estimate timeframe: 

Originals: (On stretched canvas)

Takes 2-6 business days
to fulfill before shipping.
 

Giclees Paper: (Watercolor / Fine Art paper)

5-10 business days to be prepared before shipping.
 

Giclees Canvas: (On stretched canvas)

The Giclee on Canvas take
5-14 business days to be prepared before shipping.
  

Shipping prices vary per item and location. Once you get to the checkout window, your shipping fee will be displayed.  

All Giclee art on paper are shipped in a heavy-duty tube at a flat rate for delivery to addresses in the continental United States.  

  

If you are outside of the continental United States, please contact us via hb@fineartbyhenrimae.com to arrange for delivery.  

Fine Art By Henrimae is based in the U.S, International shipping is available for most items. If your desired item is not available internationally, please contact us and we will take a look to see if it can be offered for you.   

Please reach out to the FABH team to investigate the issue within 30 days from shipment. Based
on the outcome of the investigation, items may either be replaced or a store credit may be offered. Please take photos of the packaging, products and the packing slip. Each scenario will be treated individually.

Unfortunately, after 30 days we can no longer investigate this issue. Thank you for your patience during this very unfortunate situation.  

Returns

If you want to return an item for any reason, we will gladly exchange or credit any item.  

  

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items may be returned within 30 days from your invoice date and should be accompanied by copy of the purchase invoice. Your credit card will be
credited upon processing of the return. Please allow 10 to 15 business days
from the time your return is received for us to process your return or exchange.
 

  

Fine Art By Henrimae, does not offer refunds or cancellations. If the item is damaged upon delivery we will issue a replacement or a store credit depending on the scenario. Please ask questions if you are unsure about the item(s) you would like to purchase. If we made a mistake with your order, please contact us to investigate.
